Is holiday park EuroParcs Maasduinen a fireworks-free park?

Yes, the holiday park is fireworks-free. We will also check for this. The area around the park is not a fireworks-free zone. Fireworks may be set off at the entrance to the park, this is municipal land. Fireworks may also be set off in the vicinity of the park. This can be easily heard at the park itself.

Which coffee machine is in my booked accommodation?

All our accommodation is equipped with a Nespresso machine. Cups for this are for sale at our reception or in the supermarket.

Is there a launderette at holiday park EuroParcs Maasduinen?

Our park has washing machines and dryers on payment of 6 euros for a washing token and 4 euros for a drying token, detergent included.

Check-in is possible from 4pm until the closing time of reception. Do you expect to arrive after closing time? Then please contact reception. It is also possible to check in earlier. With an early check-in, you can enter your accommodation as early as 1 pm. You can book the early check-in with your stay. Ask for the possibilities at reception or book this via your "My EuroParcs" environment.

What to do on departure? On the day of departure check out is before 10.00 o'clock. Leave the accommodation tidy. Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place. Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map). Is the holiday park easy to reach by public transport?

At Venlo station, take bus line 66 (direction Roermond) After about 20 minutes you will arrive at bus stop "Prins Frederikstraat" where you get off. Then turn left onto Broekstraat. Then turn left onto Poldersweg. Follow your way to the Maalbekerweg (following the bend) until you arrive at the reception of our park.

Is there a bread service at holiday park EuroParcs Maasduinen?

Via the EuroParcs website and app, you can order fresh rolls every day under "bread service". We will then make sure that fresh rolls are available the next morning from 09:00. Enjoy your breakfast!

Can I go fishing on holiday park EuroParcs Maasduinen?

Fishing is not allowed on our park, but we do sell fishing permits which allow you to fish at the nearby fishpond (15 minutes' walk).

Is my dog welcome on holiday park EuroParcs Maasduinen?

Poop bags are provided. Your dog must be leashed on public roads and dogs are not allowed on the beach pool.

Where can I find the Wi-Fi code?

The Wi-Fi code can be found in one of the kitchen cabinets. You will find a sticker with code and QR code here. You can also use our Hotspot.

Park Information

Despite all our efforts, there may still be situations to which attention needs to be focused. In order to keep things at a good level and to be able to assess them, we would therefore like to ask you to report any malfunctions, technical defects and/or cleaning complaints to the reception as soon as possible.

Some of our properties are equipped with a boiler. Please note that hot water availability may be limited and it may take some time for the water in the boiler to reheat.

With your accommodation key you received a pass from us with which you can open the barrier between 07.00 and 23.00 hours.

You can park one car at your accommodation. Other cars can be parked in the large car park at the entrance of the park.

Because of the child friendliness of our park, we kindly ask you to drive over the park at a walking pace. Please respect the signposts.

Pets are certainly welcome at Droomparken. We have selected special pitches and accommodations for this purpose. A pet is allowed on every pitch (no special pitches). Pets may only be let out outside the park. In the unlikely event that your pet does need to go out on the park, dog poop bags are available free of charge. These are hung in various places on the park and can be collected from the reception.

Visitors are always welcome. There is no visitor fee, but we kindly ask you to register your visit in the lobby and leave your car in the car park. Visitors who are not registered can be addressed by the park staff. Visitors are allowed to use the swimming and beach pool. As a park guest, you are responsible for your visit.

We ask that you dispose of your household waste yourself in the appropriate containers. These are located in the environmental street in the parking lot.

Your mail is in the reception. Except on Mondays and Sundays, it is delivered daily around 15.00 hours.

During the school holidays there is a recreational programme waiting for you in the reception. You can also check the programm in this app under the heading Recreation Programm.

Be careful with fire at all times. Setting up an open fire is therefore forbidden. If you have a fireplace in your accommodation, you may use it. Wood should be used for this, no gel, this is not fireproof. You must ensure that the fire does not come out of the fireplace so that the wall does not turn black.

It is permitted to set up an extra tent on the pitch you have rented. Placing a party tent is not permitted. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is no specific supervision at the swimming pools, recreational pond and playground equipment. Parents must - also here - look after their children themselves.

WiFi
Each accommodation has its own WiFi network. You can connect with the QR code. This can be found in the kitchen cupboard. In the park itself, you can use the hotspot ''hotspot maasduinen''.
